Donating Bus Tickets:

Do you buy a bus pass every month?  Would you consider buying an extra book of tickets with that bus pass? Our clients at Northwest Pilot Project are very busy!  They go grocery shopping, go on job interviews and to medical appointments.  Some may go to look at an apartment and drop off an application.  Most of these outings require bus tickets.  Some of our clients can provide their own, however, in specific situations where there is Housing Specialist approval, NWPP provides bus tickets.  Unfortunately, this is quite costly to our agency.

One way you can help us is to donate bus tickets!  What we need most are Honored Citizen tickets for disabled seniors or those over 65.  We also use 2 Zone and All Zone tickets.  The cost of a book of ten tickets is:

You can purchase tickets at neighborhood outlets, at Tri-Met locations or on the website Tri-Met store: www.trimet.org.

Tickets can be mailed to Northwest Pilot Project or dropped off at 1430 SW Broadway, Suite 200  Portland, OR 97201.  Make sure to put "attention Dena" on envelopes.  Charitable contribution receipts can be provided

Thank you for helping us and our clients!  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call Dena Chilikos, Volunteer Program Coordinator at 503-478-6861.
